Leave of Absence
We understand that sometimes you need to take time off, to take care of yourself, life, and family.
This might be due to a personal reason, a family emergency, a medical condition, or a mental health issue.
Please inform your manager and HR to discuss your situation and to plan your leave of absence.
Note
Taking time off without informing your manager and HR is not acceptable, it will be considered as job abandonment, and it might lead to termination.
Job Abandonment
If you are absent from work for three consecutive days without informing your manager and HR, it will be considered as job abandonment, and you might get terminated unless you have a valid reason.
Your manager and HR will try to contact you through email, phone, and other means to understand your situation and to help you if needed.
Please inform your manager and HR if you are going to be absent from work in advance, and make sure your work is covered.
Conflict of Interest
We expect you to act in the best interest of the company, to avoid any conflict of interest, to avoid any situation that might affect your judgment, your loyalty, or your performance.
If you have any conflict of interest, please inform your manager and HR to discuss your situation and to find a solution.
Anti-Harassment
We expect you to treat others with respect, to avoid any behavior that might harm others, to avoid any behavior that might create a hostile work environment.
If you have any issue with your team members, your manager, or anyone else, please inform your manager and HR or the leader to discuss your situation and to find a solution.
Anti-Retaliation
We expect you to avoid any retaliation, any revenge, any punishment against others, to avoid any behavior that might harm others, to avoid any behavior that might create a hostile work environment.
It is important to report any violation of the policies, any violation of the law, any violation of the code of conduct, to your manager and HR to discuss your situation and to find a solution and we will protect you from any retaliation.
Code of Conduct

Termination
If you violate any of the policies, you might get terminated, and you might lose your job, your benefits, and your reputation.
Your manager and HR will try to understand your situation, to help you if needed, to find a solution, but if you continue to violate the policies, you might get terminated.
Resignation
Loosing a team member is always hard and sad, but we understand that sometimes you need to move on, if you decide to resign, please inform your manager and HR to discuss your situation and to plan your resignation.

Promotion
If you are doing a great job, if you are delivering the results, if you are making an impact, you might get promoted, and you might get a raise, a bonus, or a new title.
Your manager and HR will evaluate your performance, your potential, and your contribution to the company, and they will decide if you are eligible for a promotion.
There is no need to ask for a promotion, your progress will be evaluated on a regular basis, and you will be notified about your progress and your potential regularly to let you know we are aware of your smart work.
To continue to grow in your career, to continue to learn new skills, to continue to make an impact, please inform your manager and HR to discuss your situation and to find ways to improve your performance.
Demotion
If you are not doing a great job, if you are not delivering the results, if you are not making an impact, you might get demoted, and you might get a pay cut, a bonus cut, or a new title, it's not the end of the world, it's a chance to learn, to grow, to improve and to make a comeback.
This might be due to a personal reason, a family emergency, a medical condition, or a mental health issue that affects your performance.
We will try to understand your situation, to help you if needed, to find a solution, but if you continue to underperform, you might get demoted.
It's important to know this is not something that will happen overnight, you will be informed in advance and you will have the chance to improve your performance before the demotion.
