Remote Company
From the beginning, we have been a remote company. We believe that the best talents are not always in the same place, they are scattered around the world, as the nature of our work is digital, we can work from anywhere.
We didn't see the need to have a physical office, as we can communicate, collaborate, and work together online. We are using the best tools available to make our work efficient and effective.
As our experiments have shown, when we work together in the same place we are not as productive as we are when we work remotely, as we are not distracted by the noise, the environment, the people around us. We can focus on our work, on our tasks and on our projects.
If we need to communicate, we have the best tools available for that, we can chat, we can use voice or video calls, share screens, our work, ideas and our knowledge without the need to be in the same place.
Although it hasn't been easy to build our ecosystem and put protocols in place for remote work, we have managed to do it, and we are constantly improving it.
